Core Responsibilities

Provide daily IT helpdesk support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues with timely resolution.

Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, networking equipment, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365 tools.

Assist in IT projects (office relocation, system upgrades, migration) and participate in internal IT audits.

Maintain hardware inventory, track equipment rentals, and perform day-to-day monitoring/administration of IT systems.

Adhere to SFC IT regulatory requirements (e.g., data security, access controls, audit compliance) in all support activities.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3-5 years of relevant IT helpdesk/internal support experience, preferably in a licensed financial services/brokerage firm.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, desktop administration, and Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of network/server infrastructure and IT compliance frameworks.

Understanding of SFC IT regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, system security standards).

Fluent in English and Chinese, with clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
