IT Support Specialist

Love fixing tech problems and making someone's day a little easier? Our San Antonio team needs an IT Support Specialist who can turn "it's not working" into "you're all set" with a smile.

What you'll be getting into

• Being the go-to person when laptops, logins, printers or apps act up
• Answering support tickets, calls and chats from users across our cloud platform
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, remotely and in person
• Setting up new hires with laptops, accounts and everything they need on day one
• Managing user access and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Keeping tickets updated so nobody's left wondering what happened
• Passing trickier issues to our cloud engineers with all the details they need

What makes you a great fit

• You're the friend everyone texts when their phone or computer breaks
• You stay patient and friendly, even when someone's having a rough tech day
• You're comfortable with Windows and Microsoft 365, and you're curious about cloud tech
• You hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• You might have help desk experience, CompTIA A+ or Security+, or military IT experience, which are all a plus but not required
• You're excited to learn and grow in a fast-moving tech company
