I.T Support Specialist (Fresh Graduates)

Job Summary

We are looking for an I.T. Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and equipment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and network support.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Set up workstations and company devices for new hires.
• Assist employees with email setup, system access, and password resets.
• Monitor internet and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and company IDs.
• Coordinate with departments regarding technical concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel between company sites within Makati if needed.
