IT Support Specialist / Help Desk (US)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist / Help Desk to join our team. The role provides technical assistance, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and application problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
• Assist users with Windows, macOS, email, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Manage support tickets, document incidents, and track resolutions.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–5 years of experience providing technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and basic computer hardware.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience using ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
