About the Role Arc9 Technologies is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team on a night shift schedule aligned with Eastern Time. This role is ideal for someone with strong general computer knowledge who's comfortable troubleshooting issues, installing software, and communicating directly with clients. No programming experience is required — full technical training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to clients, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Perform software and application installations as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English (written and verbal)
• Follow technical procedures and escalate complex issues as appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of computers and common operating systems
• Comfortable learning and following new technical processes (training provided)
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Able to work night shift hours aligned with Eastern Time (US)
• No programming/coding experience required

Compensation & Terms

• Initial pay: PKR 600–1,000/hour, based on experience (time-based to start)
• Potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business need
• Full technical training provided
