What they need
About the Role: Provide daily system administration, user access support, and setup management for our reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer workspace settings, access controls, and dashboard reporting performance.
- Coordinate platform updates and automate code deployments across environments.
- Perform root cause analysis for reporting platform incidents and outages.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in BI platform administration (Power BI).
- Experience with workspace management, performance tuning, and deployment automation tools.
Work Setup: Night Shift (US Hours) | Hybrid (2x/week RTO in Mandaluyong)
