IT Support Staff

• Provide technical support and respond to user requests related to computer systems, software, printers, email, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Assist employees with system usage, application access, file-sharing permissions, and basic IT training as required.
• Record, track, and resolve IT issues using a helpdesk ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management across IT systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and maintain accurate inventories of IT hardware, devices, and software.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or supervisors when required.
• Maintain and update IT procedures, technical documentation, and support records.
• Support the implementation of IT security policies, including identifying suspicious emails and reporting phishing attempts.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge and understanding of information technology and related systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, proactive, responsible, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Pleasant and well-mannered attitude.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent support.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
