Job Descriptions :
- Support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring hardware, software, and networks.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance networking devices.
- Set up, install, and configure computer hardware (PCs/Laptops), software, operating systems, printers, and scanners for new and existing employees.
- Receive and handle technical issue reports from users and perform necessary repairs as quickly as possible.
- Perform routine checks on IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
- Basic knowledge of device networking, ITSM, ITIL, dan SLA
- Proficient in software installation and IT asset management.
