IT Support Staff

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux) and office applications.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and projectors.
• Diagnose hardware issues, coordinate repairs with vendors, and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, internet access, IP conflicts, DNS/proxy issues, and configure basic network devices such as routers and switches.

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Support (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, and Wi-Fi).
• Familiar with antivirus software, IT security practices, and system updates.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
