IT Support Staff

Responsibilities:

Ensuring all users can use technology effectively by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems.

Qualifications:

• Preferable male, maximum 30 years old.

• Experience minimum 2 years in the same position.

• Experience in handling microtic, Vlan trunking, wifi, networking, PC Hardware, PABX, printer, and as a Help Desk.

• Proactive, attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

• Good communication, customer service excellent and trustworthy

• Time management and professionalism

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new technologies

• Willing to work in flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
