IT Support Staff

About the role

Join our team as an IT Support Staff and play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations. You will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts and database operations, and help maintain IT systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email access, permissions, and credentials.
• Perform database operations, including data creation, updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Monitor IT systems, networks, security protocols, and CCTV systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for PCs, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor production systems and respond promptly to system disruptions to minimize downtime.
• Perform software updates, virus protection, system optimization, and routine IT checks.
• Provide technical assistance to users and document troubleshooting solutions.
• Support IT-related projects and other tasks as required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, network devices, and software.
• Experience with helpdesk or technical support.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Experience with user account setup, permissions, and access management.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and CCTV systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing technology requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, HeidiSQL, Navicat Premium, Visual Studio, Bartender, and related IT systems.
