Job summary

The IT Support Staff will be responsible for maintaining the organisation’s computer systems, network infrastructure, hardware, software, and internet connectivity to ensure smooth and reliable IT operations. The role will provide timely technical support, troubleshoot and resolve IT and network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that computer system and network run smoothly.
• Carry out troubleshooting and resolve network issues promptly.
• Replace computer hardware when required.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software.
• Provide internet access to new employees during onboarding.
• Work with the service provider to ensure optimal and reliable service.
• Ensure that unauthorized persons do not get access to the internet

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer networking, internet connectivity and network troubleshooting.
