About you
- Minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience as IT Support
- Proficiency in hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi and basic networking troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office/365
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Willing to be placed at Head Office Surabaya
