IT Support [Tech Refresh] - up to $2,500 | Temporary

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and preparation tasks to support daily operations.
• Create and manage clinic booking schedules and appointment systems.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for users.
• Provide support and address user enquiries related to COMET migration.
• Assist users with the installation of required applications through Software Centre or App Library, where applicable.
• Record and escalate issues that cannot be resolved, and advise users to contact the appropriate support teams
