IT SUPPORT / TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support / Technical Support Staff who will assist our team in testing, configuring, and supporting our digital products and smart lock solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating software, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and willing to learn new digital products and smart lock technologies.

You do not need to be an advanced IT specialist. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic testing of software applications and digital products.
• Navigate and test system features to identify issues or inconsistencies.
• Assist in the configuration and setup of digital smart locks.
• Test smart lock functions, connectivity, and application settings.
• Assist with installation testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Check and document technical issues encountered during testing or deployment.
• Coordinate with the IT and Technical Team regarding identified issues.
• Assist in preparing and testing smart lock devices before deployment.
• Provide basic technical assistance to clients, property management teams, and internal users.
• Assist during site visits, product demonstrations, mock-up installations, and system testing when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of configurations, test results, and technical concerns.
• Perform other technical support tasks related to the company's digital products.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of software applications and mobile applications.
• Comfortable navigating different software platforms and learning new systems.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to learn about smart locks, digital access solutions, and property technology.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow technical procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct field/site visits when required.

Advantage but Not Required

• Experience with technical support or software testing.
• Experience with smart locks, access control, or home automation.
• Experience configuring Android/iOS applications or digital devices.
