• Availability: Jobs may be available between 8am - 8pm everyday (weekends included) – you set your own schedule!

• Equipment & Transport: Must have your own tools, troubleshooting equipment, access to parts, and a reliable vehicle

About you

We’re looking for talented IT support technicians with the following attributes:

• A passion for technology – you’ll be helping setup, fix, and provide ongoing support for laptops, phones, printers, Wi-Fi routers and more
• A history of providing on-site tech support in a home or office environment
• Great customer service and communication skills
• The ability to explain technical issues without the jargon
• Your own vehicle and current drivers licence
• Your own toolkit, troubleshooting equipment and parts inventory
• You hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and maintain all necessary insurance for your business activities
