IT Support Technician

• Level 1 IT support to User and device-level support
• Remote or On-site IT support and maintenance services for users and end users devices
• Assist on installation, configuration, updates, set-up of IT systems and maintain IT equipment
• Access and setup accounts for new employees’ onboarding and terminate accounts for off boarding
• To assist on creation and updating documentation

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in IT Support
• Hands-on experience in PC and laptop support
• Able to perform manual labor with IT hardware (components, PC and printers)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work independently, positive attitude and proactive mindset
• Provide IT support and handle other related tasks as assigned
