JR Richards & Sons is a leading regional waste management company servicing communities across NSW and Victoria. With significant investment and growth underway, we're looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do
- Provide Help Desk support to users across the business
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Support Windows desktops, servers and network infrastructure
- Assist with system upgrades and IT projects
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
About You
- IT qualification and/or industry certifications
- Minimum 4 years' IT support experience
- Strong Windows Desktop, Server and Network Administration skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
