Summary At Aptiv Interconnect, we inspire the world’s most innovative teams by doing the right thing, the right way. We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite IT support to the staff. You will primarily be responsible for handling the full lifecycle of IT components on both the user network (wired and wireless) and the IoT network. Endpoints requiring management include desktops, laptops, printers, tablets/mobile, monitors, O.T. systems, test equipment, VOIP equipment, virtual meeting platforms, and IoT devices such as smart TVs and time clocks.

Leadership & Core Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience provisioning, , maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing end-user workstations, including installing and patching end-user software.
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting printers, including label printers.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as IoTs, PLCs, and mobile devices
• Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and work in server room and IT closet spaces
• Experience using Remote Monitoring and Management tools.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

• Windows Powershell
• Microsoft EntraID
• Azure fundamentals
• Technical documentation experience

Education & Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in an IT Helpdesk role
• U.S. Citizenship

Certifications & Competencies

• Certifications: Comp TIA Required, ISACA Cybersecurity Fundamentals Preferred
• Systems Proficiency: GWS, Office365, Azure, SQL, ERPs
• This position requires a cybersecurity first mindset to ensure compliance with NIST CSF and NIST 800-171 and adherence to the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (C.I.A) triad.
• Experience administering collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat)
• Familiarity with Windows Hyper V Virtual Desktop Environments

Total Rewards & Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $62,400–$72,800 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
