IT Support Technician

Graf Brothers Flooring is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician. This position provides day-to-day technical support, assists with computer and device setup, and supports hands-on technology projects across company facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working with technology, and interested in developing a broad range of IT skills through practical experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-level technical support for computers, printers, scanners, mobile devices, software, email, user accounts, and other common workplace technology.

• Set up, deploy, maintain, relocate, and organize computers, phones, tablets, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Assist with employee technology setup and equipment collection as needed.

• Help with network, cabling, security camera, wireless, and other technology installation projects.

• Perform routine troubleshooting, equipment checks, software updates, and preventative maintenance.

• Help maintain accurate IT inventory, equipment records, labels, and basic documentation.

• Identify and report equipment or system issues that require additional troubleshooting or escalation.

• Assist senior IT staff with site projects, upgrades, equipment replacements, and other assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and common business technology.

• General understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or low-voltage cabling is helpful, but not required.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems methodically, follow instructions, document work, and communicate clearly with users and team members.

• Comfortable performing hands-on work and using basic tools in both office and industrial environments.

• Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn new systems and technologies.

• Previous help desk, computer repair, cabling, camera installation, or other technical experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type

• Location: South Shore, KY

• Full-time, On-site

• May require occasional travel, scheduled as needed.

• Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required to address urgent network issues or perform system maintenance.

• Hourly Pay: Will commensurate with experience.
