IT Support Technician

What you will do

Provide direct technical support for clients across Mason and surrounding areas, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on-site. Resolve incoming helpdesk tickets efficiently while maintaining clear communication with users at all levels. Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud environments as part of managed IT rollouts.

What you need

Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role with a strong working knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and hardware diagnostics. The ability to manage multiple priorities independently and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Reliable transportation for travel to client sites throughout the region.

Your first months at Titan Tech
