IT Support Technician

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance, maintain computer systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Maintain IT systems, user accounts, and software updates.
• Assist with data backups, cybersecurity, and system security.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Transport provided for staff commuting from the Lenasia area.
