The Role
Provide IT support for operations teams, resolving technical issues across various disciplines.
Manage the allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
Assist in training new hires and continuously learn new technologies.
What You'll Need
1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
What's On Offer
Hourly pay of $23 - $37.
