Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain computer systems, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and other network devices.
• Support system updates, antivirus, and data backup procedures.
• Maintain IT equipment and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and software.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
