IT Support Technician

� Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Support LAN/WAN/VLAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
• Structured Cabling & Network device installation with CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems.
• Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth daily operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and IT hardware.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are an advantage.
