IT Support Technician – Helpdesk Support

We are looking for a reliable, self-driven IT Support Technician to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality helpdesk support to our customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 Helpdesk Support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Assist clients with networking and connectivity-related problems
• Deliver clear and professional communication to customers
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Solid understanding of MikroTik and Ubiquiti systems
• Experience working with Splynx (ISP management platform)
• Basic networking knowledge (Network+ preferred)
• MTCNA certification is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
