IT Support Technician II

The purpose of this position is to assist employees with computer hardware, software, or peripheral problems and maintain a working knowledge of the problems and solutions provided.

• Set-up new computers; installs software and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and peripheral problems; communicate support solutions to employees via telephone, email, remote on-site and/or off-site access or in person.
• Create and/or design, and maintain a support tracking system.
• Maintain computer training lab computers and software.
• Assist in maintaining Windows operating systems, email administration, network management, security administration, and website administration as needed by the Information Technology Director.
• Creates and assists with design and creation of forms, reports, databases, etc. as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.89 - $22.77 per hour
