IT Support Technician (Junior Level)

DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire a Junior IT Support Technician eager to learn and grow within our IT Operations team. We value a solid technical foundation, strong analytical skills, and the drive to develop alongside experienced colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Workplace Support: User support, resolving endpoint issues (Windows/Mac devices, peripherals, user accounts, and access management).
• HW & SW Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across both physical equipment (PCs, local networks, printers) and corporate software.
• Network & Communications Maintenance: Assisting with basic maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of local network infrastructure (switches, Wi-Fi access points, routers, and IP telephony).
• OSS/BSS Maintenance & Support: Progressive involvement in Tier 1/Tier 2 maintenance for internal business applications and operational support.
• Deployments & Projects: Direct assistance with IT logistics and technical setup for office openings and closures.

REQUIREMENTS

What We Are Looking For

• Vocational training or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networks, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Fluent in spoken and written English is required (C1/C2 level)
• Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills**:** Outstanding interpersonal and empathy skills, with a strong focus on clear communication and user satisfaction when handling end-user support.
• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Willingness to Travel: Availability to travel occasionally (mainly short trips across Europe) to support local office deployments or complex on-site technical interventions.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

• System Integration & Development: Basic knowledge or interest in developing integrations between systems (e.g., APIs, scripting, or middleware).
