IT Support Technician N1 (Temporary)

We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Technician N1/N2 to join a technology refresh project, supporting the preparation, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, image, configure, and update IT equipment.
• Install and configure corporate software and applications.
• Deliver and replace desktops and laptops for end users.
• Perform basic migration of user data and settings.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and workplace-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate directly with end users throughout the equipment replacement process.
• Verify proper device functionality following deployment and migration activities.
• Document completed actions and support activities.
• Escalate issues when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as an IT Support Technician , Helpdesk Engineer , Desktop Support , or Field Support N1/N2 .
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows-based devices .
• Solid understanding of hardware, software, and end-user troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a user-oriented approach.
• Fluent Portuguese, as the role involves direct interaction with local end users.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English or Spanish (B2 or higher) to collaborate within an international environment.
