IT Support Technician / Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a flexible, reliable, and technically skilled IT Support Technician / Technical Support Specialist to handle a wide range of technical issues involving computers, CCTV systems, printers, networking, and other electronic equipment. The candidate must be willing to work both in the office and at different locations as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and other technical equipment.
• Handle hardware, software, operating system, and general IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, printers, and related devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and other technical problems.
• Perform on-site technical support and repairs at the office or other company locations as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT equipment and electronic systems.
• Identify technical problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Assist with the installation, setup, and configuration of new equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers or external service providers when specialized repairs are needed.
• Perform other technical and IT-related duties as assigned by management.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.

The candidate must be flexible, hands-on, willing to travel to different work locations, and capable of working independently to resolve technical issues.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
