IT Support Technician - Wheatbelt

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide high-quality onsite and remote technical support to end users across the Wheatbelt region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users (onsite & remote)
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, applications and user access issues
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations and laptops
• Support user onboarding, workstation setup and device replacement
• Support Microsoft 365 and common business applications
• Perform remote troubleshooting using approved remote support tools
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 support
• Troubleshoot scanners, MFDs, barcode scanners, docking stations, monitors and peripherals
• Liaise with printer vendors and third-party providers when required
• Perform site visits and physical troubleshooting when remote resolution is not possible

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in hardware & software troubleshooting
• Valid Australian driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in Merredin, Dalwallinu and Narembeen
• Australian work rights – must be based in WA
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week
