Task Responsibilities:

- Check scanner functionality and ensure it is working correctly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report any issues identified.
- Coordinate with the onsite point of contact as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support, desktop support, or scanner/printer troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of application identification and peripheral device testing.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be available onsite at the specified date and time.
