IT Support (TOEIC 550+)

About the role

Managing the entire company IT systems including Network, Telephony, Server, Client, Software, and Service. This role involves providing daily troubleshooting for endpoint software and hardware, directly supporting users, and coordinating with IT vendors and suppliers to support business operations. You will provide on-site support for domestic branch offices and consultation for user requests, while staying current with IT technology and innovation to apply appropriate solutions to the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire company IT systems (Network/Telephony/Server/Client/Software/Service)
• Manage and coordinate with IT vendors and suppliers to support business operations
• Provide daily troubleshooting for endpoint software and hardware, and directly support users
• Provide consultation and support for user requests
• Provide on-site support for domestic branch offices
• Look for IT technology and innovation and apply appropriate solutions to the company
• Provide advice and support to users for all IT systems within the organization through ticketing systems, email, and phone calls
• Provide support for internal systems, including Microsoft services, cloud infrastructure, and network environments

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in IT related field

• Thai (Native) and English (level TOEIC 550+)

• At least 2 years experience in IT support or helpdesk

• Strong knowledge, understanding, and skills of IT related fields, with logical problem analysis and solving abilities

• Ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership

• Good conversational level in English communication

• Strong passion for work, with a high level of commitment and dedication to self-development
