IT Support - Up to 30K

Our client is a reputable and well-established organization in Hong Kong's financial sector, serving a broad customer base through innovative products and services. With a strong commitment to technology, operational efficiency, and service excellence, the organization continues to invest in its IT capabilities to support business growth and digital transformation.

As part of its continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (Helpdesk Support) to join the IT team. This role offers exposure to enterprise IT operations, end-user support, infrastructure technologies, and cross-functional technology projects within a professional and collaborative environment.

Responsibility

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve user requests in accordance with service priorities and timelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and support for various business applications and IT systems.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and related documentation.
• Execute operational support activities, including system patch deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain support procedures, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with IT project coordination, rollout, and implementation.
• Support ad hoc IT initiatives and operational activities as required.

Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in desktop support
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office and Outlook
• Holder of MCP, MCSE, ITIL will be an advantage
• Good team player, strong communication and well organized
• Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred.
