What they need
PT Japfa Food Indonesia membuka kesempatan bergabung untuk posisi IT Support.
Responsibilities:
* Instalasi, konfigurasi, dan troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, printer, dan jaringan.
* Monitoring dan maintenance LAN/WAN/WLAN, router, switch, firewall, dan IP Phone.
* Memberikan technical support kepada user dan menangani IT Service Ticket.
* Setup akun & akses user (Active Directory, Email, Office 365, dll).
* Preventive maintenance dan update dokumentasi aset IT.
* Maintenance CCTV dan IP Camera.
Kualifikasi:
* Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
* Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi IT Support/IT Infrastructure.
* Memahami dasar TCP/IP, LAN, switching & routing.
* Familiar dengan perangkat jaringan seperti Fortinet, Aruba, UniFi, atau MikroTik.
* Memahami Windows & Linux.
* Bersedia bekerja shift dan memberikan support di luar jam kerja apabila diperlukan.
* Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik.
