IT Support/LAB Assistant

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving ability for the LAB Assistant. The duties of an LAB Assistant include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties like lab management.

Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BS/BE/B.Com) Computer Science will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in IT Support are encouraged to apply. IT certification and experience in the education sector will be preferred.
• Hands-On experience on computer systems, hardware and various types of software and care for printers, projectors, scanners, speakers with Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills as well as effective time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
