What they need
3+ years experience of App development or production/applicantion support;
Develop and implement applications to support Business needs.
Support L2/L3 day-to-day operations, addressing tickets, incidents and support requests and ensure incidents and problems are managed within set SLAs
Ensure adherence of development practice (Waterfall and Agile), standards and updated documentation.
Good knowledge on front-end frameworks such as ReactJS and back-end frameworks such as Spring boot.
