It Support/Web Developer

We are seeking a motivated IT Support cum Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support while also contributing to the development and maintenance of websites and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Support
• Configure and manage company email accounts and email clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating system issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform software installations, updates, and routine system maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation and support records.
• Web Development
• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and work closely with back-end developers.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and front-end issues.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Requirements
• Experience in IT Support and Web Development.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and email configuration.
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with API integration and Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Bonus Skills
• Experience with Shopify theme customization and Shopify development is a plus.
• Knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations, and store management will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience working with e-commerce businesses is preferred.
• Familiarity with online store operations, order management systems, payment gateways, and e-commerce workflows is a strong advantage.
