About the role

Design, develop, and implement customized systems for internal and external use. Write, test, and maintain code to ensure system functionality and performance. Continuously improve existing systems based on operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized systems for internal and external use
• Write, test, and maintain code to ensure system functionality and performance
• Continuously improve existing systems based on operational requirements
• Deploy systems and ensure smooth integration with existing processes
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Perform regular updates, backups, and system enhancements
• Assist managers and employees in using the systems effectively
• Provide technical support and resolve system-related concerns
• Conduct basic training or guidance on system features and updates
• Work closely with different departments to gather system requirements

About you

• Document system processes, user guides, and technical specifications
• Ensure systems meet company standards and security requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in system development and programming
• Knowledge in programming languages (e.g., asp.net, C#, javascript, typescript)
• Familiarity with database management and system integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills for user support and coordination
