What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security monitoring/surveillance, OR a Level 5 qualification in IT or Security
• Strong communication skills and a calm head under pressure
• Comfortable working flexible hours in a control-room environment

This is dual-function role combining security control room operations with the IT support responsibilities. you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, dispatching patrol staff, and providing technical support across security platforms and systems.

Relevant duties include:

• Watching cameras, dispatching patrols, and responding to alarms
• Monitoring patro ling vehicles via GPS tracking systems
• Dispatching patrol vehicles and security personnel in response to alarms or incidents
• Maintaining communication with patrol officers and field staff
• Receiving and recording incident reports from patrol officers and clients
• Supporting CCTV software, troubleshooting networks, and assisting users with IT systems
• Responding to and resolving IT support requests from security guards, patrol staff, and office employees
• Supporting alarm monitoring platforms and associated communication systems
• Monitoring system performance and identifying potential network issues
• Supporting remote access solutions for patrol vehicles and field staff Assisting clients with access to CCTV footage, monitoring platforms, and security reporting systems
