Network & Infrastructure Management

• Configure, manage, and maintain routers, managed switches, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity across all 9 floors.
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, routing, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with VLANs and network segmentation to maintain secure separation between companies.

NAS & Storage Administration

• Deploy, configure, and maintain dedicated NAS servers, such as Synology or QNAP, for the 9 companies.
• Create and manage users, groups, shared folders, permissions, and storage quotas.
• Configure and maintain file-sharing services such as SMB, NFS, and FTP/SFTP where required.
• Monitor storage utilization, disk health, RAID status, and system alerts.

Data Security & Backup

• Maintain strict network and storage isolation between individual companies.
• Implement appropriate access-control policies based on organizational requirements.
• Configure and monitor scheduled backups.
• Regularly verify backup integrity and assist with data restoration when required.
• Follow security best practices for administrator accounts, passwords, firmware, and system updates.

Troubleshooting & IT Support

• Diagnose and resolve network outages, hardware failures, storage problems, and NAS-related issues.
• Provide prompt on-site support for network access, Wi-Fi, shared folders, printers, and file-sharing issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain technical documentation.

ISP & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and relevant hardware/service vendors.
• Follow up on connectivity problems and service disruptions to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
• Skills: computer network operations, it support, network engineering, it infrastructure management, network administration, administrative support, it operations, knowledge of data center operations, network administration
