IT System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows, Linux, Unix, and other operating systems.
• Install and configure software and applications on laptops and desktops.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.
• Manage and maintain company laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain and update IT hardware inventory and asset records.
• Set up systems and required software for new employees.
• Handle IT asset collection during employee exits.
• Install antivirus, updates, and security patches.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and other IT services.
• Ensure all company systems are working properly and are up to date.
