IT System Administrator

POSITION PRIMARY PURPOSE

Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software errors, document problems and resolutions, prioritize problems, and assess the impact of issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring the performance and availability of computer systems, servers, applications and related infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to system alerts, error messages and incidents reported by monitoring tools.
• Analyze system performance data and identify trends, patterns and potential bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance audits to proactively identify and address issues before they impact operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as network administrators, system administrators and developers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Maintain and update system monitoring tools, configurations and documentations.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime and incidents for management review.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any IT related course.
• Knowledgeable in Linux
• Has working knowledge of Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledgeable in Windows Server
• Have a working knowledge of Network

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
