IT System Analyst

The IT System Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, integration, maintenance, and overall functionality of the NOAH system. The position coordinates system-related concerns between the Lynville Team and the NOAH Team, prepares and manages required system documents and data, provides basic technical support to NOAH users, and assists in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the server and network infrastructure supporting the NOAH system.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles the coordination and provision of regular status updates regarding the integration, implementation, and development of the NOAH system.
• Coordinates with the Lynville Team and NOAH Team in addressing system-related concerns, issues, and required enhancements.
• Monitors potential system issues and coordinates with concerned parties in identifying appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepares, maintains, and organizes documents, reports, data, and other requirements necessary for the operation and integration of the NOAH system.
• Provides basic technical assistance and troubleshooting support to NOAH users.
• Oversees and conducts regular user training and orientation to ensure proper system utilization.
• Assists in monitoring and overseeing firewall configuration, cybersecurity measures, and other system security requirements.
• Performs regular maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of server functionality and performance.
• Monitors server availability, capacity, performance, and other factors affecting system reliability.
• Oversees hosting services and internet routing management to ensure network availability, stability, and connectivity.
• Oversees the configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of internet routing infrastructure.
• Coordinates with external IT service providers, hosting providers, and other technical partners, as necessary, regarding system, server, network, and connectivity concerns.
• Participates in regular meetings related to budgeting, planning, and implementation of upcoming IT projects and initiatives.
• Assists in identifying system and infrastructure requirements, improvements, and potential risks to support business operations.
• Performs other IT-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in IT system support, system administration, network administration, or a related role.
• With experience in system implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Basic knowledge of server administration, network infrastructure, internet routing, and hosting services.
• Familiarity with firewall configuration, cybersecurity practices, and system security is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and business applications.
• Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to work onsite and provide technical support as needed.
