IT System Business Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling, analyzing, and preventing issues related to the operation of information systems in the manufacturing sector.

• Responsible for user training, on-site guidance, and organizing relevant materials for manufacturing information systems.

• Contribute to the development and optimization of information systems in the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, ERP, WMS, or Logistics Systems.

• Good English communication and documentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Database, System Integration, and API.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.

• Basic programming/scripting skills such as Python, C#, or JavaScript are a plus.

• Experience in Automotive, EV, Battery, Smart Factory, or Industry 4.0 is preferred.

• Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication skills.
