IT System Helpdesk Intern

Scope Of The Role The IT System Helpdesk supports the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure. The role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies while contributing to business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.This Internship opportunity is designed for undergraduate students seeking a curricular internship or recent graduates looking to start their professional career in Information Technology and Infrastructure Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Provide first-level technical support to internal users
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members
• Support the IT team in the management of Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Support the IT team in monitoring and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, procedures, and guidelines

Key Competencies And Requirements

• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn
• Good proficiency in English (B2 level)
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering or related fields would be preferred
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) would be preferred
