IT System Migration Staff (Fixed-Term)

About the Job:

The IT System Migration Staff is responsible for the accurate and secure migration of business data and processes from the Legacy System to a Third-Party ERP System, ensuring data integrity, system compatibility, minimal operational disruption, and business continuity.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze existing legacy system data, database structures, and business processes for migration.
• Extract, clean, validate, and prepare data according to ERP system requirements.
• Perform data mapping, migration testing, reconciliation, and post-migration validation.
• Coordinate with the ERP provider and internal departments on migration requirements and activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate migrated data, transactions, and reports.
• Verify system integration and connectivity with existing company systems, where applicable.
• Maintain backups of databases, system files, and migration records.
• Provide technical support during ERP implementation, go-live, and post-migration stabilization.
• Document migration procedures, issues, resolutions, and system turnover.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of one-year relevant experience in Systems analysis and programming, preferably gained from a real estate and property development industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with VB.NET, APIs, ETL tools, or scripting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of system testing and UAT.
• Familiarity with database backup, recovery, and field mapping.
• Willing to work under a four (4)-month fixed-term contract.
• Willing to work in Makati City.
