IT System Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform daily operation and maintenance of the company’s internal information systems, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, data backup, and access management, to ensure stable system performance.
2. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment; participate in IT project implementation.
3. Handle system issues reported by users, provide technical support and operational training.
4. Draft and maintain technical documentation such as system operation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and emergency response plans.
5. Organize departmental meetings, including meeting notifications, minute taking, action item tracking, and archiving.
6. Assist in departmental administrative affairs, file management, internal control compliance, and other coordination tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, Communications Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT system operation or IT support. Experience in comprehensive management, secretarial work, or internal newsletter editing is a strong plus.
3. Familiar with basic administration of Windows/Linux servers; basic knowledge of networking and database operations (SQL/Oracle). Experience with OA，ERP，SAP，TMS，HR system maintenance is preferred.
4. Strong ability in official document writing, policy drafting, and meeting organization.
5. Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, good service mindset, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
