IT Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure. The role involves monitoring servers and networks, managing user accounts and system access, installing and configuring hardware and software, performing regular system backups, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Systems Administrator will also work with internal teams to improve system performance, security, and reliability while ensuring minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, networks, and IT systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware
• Maintain backups and assist with disaster recovery
• Implement basic security and system protection measures
• Document IT procedures and troubleshoot infrastructure problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of systems administration experience
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and networking
• Basic cybersecurity and backup knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
