The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who is ready to move beyond basic support and help us optimize complex environments. This isn't just about collecting a paycheck; it's about building a long-term career where you are heavily invested in the success of our team and our clients.

• Solve & Optimize: You’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize client IT systems, ensuring everything from backups to security is following best practices.
• Collaborate with the CTO: Work closely with the Office of the CTO to execute high-level client projects and provide proactive recommendations for environment improvements.
• Master the Stack: Showcase your proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and M365.
• Improve the Experience: You’ll always be looking for ways to improve the end-user experience, focusing on reliability and "leaving things better than you found them."
• Document & Lead: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues while documenting processes and procedures to ensure the whole team succeeds.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 3+ years in IT systems administration, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-tenant setting.
• Tech Skills: Deep proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and M365 is a must.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
